Since it looks like you and Crystal had varying results, it would help to take a look at your .story course so that we can see all the settings and do some additional testing. Hi there, Zoé! If I complete a course and take it a second time from SCORM Cloud, I see one entry for me, the user, but with 2 attempts:
When I click "details," I can see my launch history:
When learners retake the course, have they already passed and met completion requirements?
Hi Crystal!. It's not necessary finished the course...
For example, I have another courses (created with different sw) and I can see 2 attempts on same...
While that any course created with storyline always have a 1 attempts:
These attempts are the times that the student opens / launches the course before it finishes.
