Android Articulate Player

Is there a live resource we can speak with in regard to videos not playing on the android player.  We have 13,000 Samsung tablets using the player to enable our training content.  There are three versions/models of the tablet in use.  Two versions/models are operating just fine and playing the videos perfectly.  There is one model that does not.  Our IDS department would like to speak with an individual to help us solve.  Who can we contact?  Thanks!

Hi Davor,

I didn't find a support case for you, but I'd also agree that we'd want to know a bit more information about your courses and where they're being hosted and likely test out one of the courses! So sharing with our Support team is the best choice.
