I am totally new to Articulate and Storyline 360, so please bear with any boneheaded questions:
I want to learn how to create those nifty animated graphics - drawing cartoon characters on screen while explaining an item. I do not know what they are called (technically) so I refer to them as animated graphics, or animated cartoons. Please help me find a tutorial on these.

Sounds like a white boarding animation. I would use something like Goanimate or video scribe to create this.
