I'm creating a Storyline Articualte course with lots of animation and voice over. I want to have a photo from our photo library appear on the screen and then 'zoom in' in the photo automatically.
Is there a way to animate an image getting bigger?
Following up with a question of my own: The link above is helpful, but is there a way to add zoom to an image that's on a subsequent slide layer? When I try and click on Zoom Region within a slide layer, it's grayed out.
The built-in zoom doesn't work on layers. You will have to create it yourself, maybe using states or layers. I'd try states first. Use the zoom function on your slide, zoom in to the appropriate amount, scroll to the desired area, take a screen shot, edit the object and paste the zoomed picture in a new state.

Thanks, Walt; Your explanation is helpful. Seems Storyline could use an update to allow for zooming on layers as that would be a lot easier.
