Animating an object

Hello

Attached is a slide I've created. I'm trying to get the 3 yellow memos to the bottom left of the screen to 'move' one at a time to their correct location on the sheet of paper on the right of the slide but I can't seem to make it work.

I can animate each memo so that it flys in very slowly from the left of the screen but this means the memo starts flying in from off the screen as opposed to the starting point of where the memo currently sits on the slide.

Is there any way of setiing the starting point for where an image starts its animatiion from?

I'm not sure I've explained that very well so apologies in advance!
