If the text you want to bring on is separated by paragraph marks (you hit the enter key between each line), you can choose the animation effect to animate by paragraphs. If you want ot bring it in word or letter at a time, you can do that in PowerPoint, and export the PowerPoint slide as a video.

Hi Daniela! Looks like Walt has jumped in to assist you here and you would set the animations on the timeline using this method.
There is not really an 'on-click' option, but you could use triggers if you'd like. Check out this thread.
