We have developed one course in storyline 360 which has storyline slides as well as some video files which we have integrated. After publishing client is facing a loading issue into the animation and a voice over lag. Where as at our end we are not able to re-produce the same. Even the issues are present in offline package. Package size is 58.3 MB. What could be the root cause? If this is related to the client's network restrictions, what could be them? Anyone else facing a delay or lag issue in offline package as well? Thanks in advance.
