Hi. If I create a group in a layer and I tell that group to have an animation to fly-in; then, when the layer is shown, the group actually flies-in, which is cool.
But, if it has an animation to fly-out, whenever I hide the layer, it just dissappears.

There is no hide animation in Storyline (life would be easier of there was).
Here is a rough example
