Hello, I created a course in Storyline 360 and have published it to our LMS as a SCORM file. The module plays as expected in Chrome, Firefox, and Safari, however the animations take 10+ seconds to load on each slide when using Internet Explorer. We have tested the modules on several systems and IE seems to be the only browser causing this issue.
Has anyone else experienced this? If so, does anyone know of a fix?
Thanks for the reply! We have tested on IE 11 and IE 10 and the module runs extremely slow in both versions. I published the module for HTML5/Flash and it appears to be running the HTML5. Also, the only animations we are using are Fade-in and Fly-out.
I did read the other post regarding the similar issues and took your advice of running the module through SCORM Cloud and it performed as expected.
Glad to hear SCORM Cloud worked as expected - have you been able to share that info with your LMS team? They'd be who I would defer to next since the slowness is isolated there.

Hi Christina,
Do you know what version of IE you're using, and if you're viewing the HTML5 or Flash output?
I know that there are some animations that won't work as expected in IE, based on some limitations of the browser detailed here.
