I am creating few projects in Storyline 360. When I add the entrance animations like Wipe/Spin, it can be seen in Preview, but not visible in IE when published.
@ Leslie - When will this issue with Internet Explorer be fixed? My organization is trying to use modern techniques with our eLearning and these animations are one way we are able to easily create motion and draw attention to key points. However, we don't have a way to know what our audience members (broad organization) are using and we know IE is still in the mix. thank you!
IE cannot do masking, I cannot speak for if Articulate will find a fix, however Microsoft have classified IE as legacy software and suggested that organisations should not sue it, if it was me in charge I would say do not waste the resources
Unfortunately, the limitation comes from the browser and not from the software. Microsoft has provided an update with the chromium version of Microsoft Edge, which supports masking animations, but not for Internet Explorer.
Thank you for the replies. That makes sense. I will discuss this with my team. A team member mentioned we could state that the course was optimized for xyz browser or may not appear correctly in IE. Something like that.

Internet Explorer does not support masking animations, the only option is to change the animation
Hello Chirag,
Phil nailed it! I wanted to share some documentation for you or anyone following along here.
Some Animations and Transitions Don't Work in Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge
