I have just downloaded the free trial of storyline and I am very impressed. Well done everybody involved. I use studio 9 and I think annotations are a great feature of that product. Is that feature a part of storyline, or is the same effect achieved with layers or the time line?
Yes--you can use the timeline or layers. And yes no dedicated annotation feature like in AP.
At first, I missed the annotations but in time I grew to appreciate things like the timeline. More flexible and powerful--and you can tune something you already have done.
And with the timeline, you can do multiple annotations at once--though I'd be wary of confusing the learner with too much bling.
And you can do annotation-like shapes that you want.
