In my training I have created a program page that has a board on it with various links to each of the programs I am discussing. each program page brings you back to the board that has all the programs listed. My problem is I recorded directions for the page that has the board with the program links on it and every time you come back to that page the recording plays. How do I set it up that the recording only plays once because its starting to annoy me now?

How do you have the slide properties set? If set to reset to initial state, this could be causing the audio to replay.
I know another user offered a solution here if you'd like to check it out.

I create a number variable 'menu_visits' default to 0 and set two triggers
1. Adjust variable 'menu_visits' to add 1 when the timeline starts on 'board' slide.
so when the user see this slide for first time the number variable =1.
when they return to this slide it =2, 3 etc depending on how many times they have visited.
2. Stop media 'audio file' when timeline starts on 'board' slide on condition that menu_visits >1.
