Another glitchy problem!

So, I'm having massive problems getting the template to do what it's supposed to. Now, I thought I would apply the Blank slide layout to each of my questions. This looked awesome on the screen. They did their usual indent by 65px, I manually moved them back to the left then changed the layout to the Blank one. Perfect. Looked great on the screen.

I saved and closed. Reopened later and every Question title is forced onto one line that extends for 3500px. Note that this was not the result I had to closing and reopening.... Nothing seems to change this and I've now potentially lost a days work.

Even resetting the slide, all that does is bump the answers back to where they were, and still leaves the title box extended.
