I have a slide with a voice-over, which then is supposed to blend into a sound effect. I have both sounds installed and the timeline shows the voice-over first, then the sound effect. When I "preview slide" it works great. However, when I "preview project", I only get the voice-over and not the sound effect. Any suggestions?
Do you guys have a maximum size on attachments? I tried to send you my project which is having a couple minor issues that I can't figure out.... it's zipped at 189MB, but won't attach.
I've tried attaching to this message (just one slide...) and I keep getting this message. When I try to go through your link, it just thinks and doesn't actually do anything. Is this a server error at your end? Because the file is right here on my desktop...
Ok, well on the third try, I finally got the bullet points to work as they're supposed to. All I did was copy the slide and delete the original and somehow that magically fixed the problem. Don't know why I'm unable to post things to you guys, but if I need it again, I'll use your direct email address.
Oh, good, glad it finally fell into your place for you, Gina! But we'd love to be able to know why it's happening and help next time, so don't hesitate to give us a shout

Hey Gina!
Any chance you could attach your .story file, or send it to us privately, so we can check it out?
Thanks!
Well, I deleted it and reattached it and it seems to be working now. Very strange...
If I have issues again, I'll send it over!
Sorry for the trouble, Gina
Let us know if it happens again. Thanks for checking back in!

Hmmm, that shouldn't be a problem. Have you tried with a different browser? Or maybe you're behind a firewall or other security?
Did you try attaching it here in the thread or through our file upload link?

Really sorry for the trouble, Gina.
Looks like everything is working fine on our end. I'm able to access our support site with Chrome.
If you'd prefer, you can email your file to us at support@articulate.com.
