Aug 21, 2018

Hello, everybody,

I have another question: In Internet Explorer, the answer options tremble when you click on them.

What's the problem?

Many thanks and best regards
Simon

Hi Matthew,

thanks for the quick reply -  but i'ts not that issue. It only occurs in IE. And it's a really fine but fast twitching. And it only occurs in the published course and there is no rule behind. Sometines it occurs sometimes it doesn't.

By the way: Your support is great. If you need testimonials, let me know. I am the owner of an e-learning agency in Switzerland and have been using your products for years and I am extremely satisfied. Great job!

Best, Simon

Hi Simon,

I'm with you, that I'm always impressed by the help of folks like Matthew, but sadly he's not staff! 😕 (although if we're ever hiring in Australia, we'll let you know, Matthew!)

You'll find lots of folks in the E-Learning Heroes community who have the Hero designation, and that indicates that they're helpful, generous Articulate users who are here to advise and point you in the right direction!

As for the issue you're describing, it sounds familiar. Our team is investigating a bug where the radio buttons are shaking when clicking on the answers and when viewing on Internet Explorer 11 with the HTML5 output. I've only seen one or two reports of this so far, so it would help us a lot to take a look at your .story file and if you can share the link to where it's hosted.

You can upload it here using the Add Attachment button and we'll test it out! If you need to share it privately our team of Support Engineers are ready 24/7 to dig into your file too.
