Answer Text boxes jumping and not resizing

Hi,

New to Storyline and inherited a project. When I click on a quiz answer the text box appears and might jump slightly within the overall box of answers. Also, I can’t seem to change the size of the text boxes, which makes aligning difficult. Sometime the answers are so spaced out that a scroll bar develops. I want to be able to control the height of the text boxes and have them stay where they’re put.

I’m working with Download 3. Here are my text box settings.

I thought it might be that I don’t have the original font but changed the answers to a font I do have and nothing changed. Also tried most of the combos in the Format Shape menu.
