Answer with options

Hi,

I am facing a problem with my new office work.

I have to create a quiz screen in storyline, which have 1 question and 4 answer.

Answer should be optional.

For example:

My question

A. My answer (i- true

ii-False)

B. My answer (i- true

ii-False)

C. My answer (i- true

ii-False)

please help me...its my new job.
