I'd like to know if there's a way to dynamically move, rotate and/or scale an object, such as "Move [object] to [Position X/Y] when user clicks", "Rotate [object] by [# degrees]" and "Change [height] for [object] to [number]".
I'm looking for options outside of states and motion paths
You can move an object only with triggered motion paths; there is no option to directly specify x/y coordinates (the same applies to dimensions...you need to use states). To rotate an object to a specific degree, you could set it up as a dial.

This... is what I was afraid of...
I'm looking to rotate objects on a specific pivot point, similar to articulating a doll.
All of the actions I'd like to do can be done in Flash/Animate, but I feel like it should be added in Storyline, since how similar it is to Flash.
