We are trying to get a Storyline course to communicate reustes trhough a javacript trigger to a tracking program on another server. It works great when the course and program are on the same server in both Flash and HTML5 player versions. When the course and tracking program are on separate servers the HTML5 version works and the Flash does not. We have been told to use crossdomain.xml from adobe on the server with the tracking program. We have not been successful making it work. Anybody had experience with this issue or know of another solution?
It's not something I've seen a lot of other users discuss here in the forums, and unfortunately it's not something I can offer support for. Hopefully if it's something folks in the community have done they'll be able to chime in here!
