Hello everyone! I want to design a course for a ship-company's new evaluation system, however i face 2 main difficulties:
1) I want to include all the elements that a seafarer would like to know (e.g. who evaluates me? what is evaluated, etc) and also some elements that the company wants to promote (vision, mission, etc).
2) Our target group is... everyone! From ordinary seamen to the Master of each ship.
Sounds like a fun target audience! In regards to your question, you may also want to look at posting this in the Building Better Courses side of the forums to get additional ideas and advice.
