Hi Chantel- Sorry this is happening! If you're experiencing this error while trying to view the content locally in Microsoft Edge, you may be encountering a new security feature released with the latest update for Flash Player. Check out this article for how to resolve this. Keep me updated on how it goes!
Thanks for getting back with me, however we stripped out the .swf files so it would not look for the Flash Player. The interactive videos work fine from our online LMS, but when we add the files to a flashdrive and try to run it, it never plays.
Hey Chantel- Thanks for the further details here! When you say that you stripped out the .swf files, are you referring to making changes to the published output? If that's the case, this isn't something we can support as all the files in the published output are needed for the course to run as designed.

Hope this makes sense.
