Has anyone noticed any particular software conflicts with Storyline?
I have a trainee in my Open Enrolment Course who is experiencing a number of crashes when performing simple tasks - such as clicking the Chain Link icon to add a New Slide - and wondered if there were any known conflicts that may be causing this
We don't have a documented list of conflicting third-party software, but here are some common troubleshooting steps to remedy erratic behavior in Storyline. If the issues persist with the trainee, we'd love to have them submit a case, including a screencast, so that we can zero-in on what may be causing the problem. Thanks!
