Sometimes when I format text after a bullet (turn it gray for instance), the bullet does not change formatting (stays black instead of turning gray). Anyone else seeing issues like this?

If you paste in bulleted text it does not respect the bullets instead creates poorly formated text with a character that looks like a bullet. If you reformat the rebullet the last bullet is smaller than the others.
That said there is a solution, it really matters which way you select the text, either from the right or left (I cannot remember which works think it is the right). Then apply your formatting

I think it's right to left selection (from the end to the beginning) to catch the formatting bookends.
