has anyone encountered any problems with their Articulate Storyline content on the SkillPort LMS?
I hope to make some eLearning in Storyline and then publish it in SCORM for use on SkillPort. I have been advised that Articulate content does not work well with SkillPort, so was hoping to see if anyone else has had any problems/solutions/issues etc with Storyline and SkillPort?
Storyline absolutely works with SkillPort! I've been creating custom courses with Storyline and adding them to our SkillPort LMS weekly without any issues. It doesn't take hardly any time to upload and I have not had a problem so far (well, that wasn't mine)
Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns. I'd be glad to help.
@PJ -I'd love to contact you and see if I can resolve some issues that I am having with Skillport.
I can publish my courses and they work great. However it's the Completion Criteria. Folks take the courses but they are always in IN Progress mode in their My Plan on Skillport. I'd like to better understand how you have your completion criteria in Articulate set and how you configure your completion criteria in Skillport.
I am having issues with my Storyline courses on Skillport. I recently published a pension course and it's not showing as completed when the use views a set amount of slides (25 of 100). I set it low for testing purposes. I've tried publishing using SCORM 2004 and 1.2, but get the same results. The criteria is Completed/Incomplete. I've tried other settings as well and it's still showing in progress. When I publish to SCORM Cloud to test these settings, it tracks it correctly and shows me as complete. Ugh...
Hi Martin! If you've tested in SCORM Cloud and gotten the results that you expected, then you should check with your LMS. Perhaps someone in the community would be able to advise if they have seen this issue with Skillport as well.
Hi all - one of our clients is having trouble loading our courses into their SkillPort LMS and I'm having a hard time getting them to let me talk to their LMS or Skillport people so I'm trying to do some research on my own and troubleshoot this so I don't pull my hair out!
The exact same problem as described above is happening -- no matter how we publish it, it won't complete the status. It remains "In progress" (or as they keep telling us: "the green half circle won't become a full circle."
Any ideas for what might keep the completion from recording???
Since this is an older thread and determined to be LMS-specific, you may want to reach out to the other community members in this thread using the 'contact me' button on their profiles to see if they could provide you with further assistance.
This thread is a bit dated and I'm not sure that Ashley is still subscribed here. You are certainly welcome to reach out to the user directly via the 'Contact Me' option on the user profile if you do not hear back soon.

Hi Julie,
I have since been investigating the functionality of Articulate with SkillPort and have found Javascript to instrumental in achieving what I need.
What criteria are you currently using to trigger the course as complete on SkillPort?
i.e. user tries all questions or number of slides viewed or what?
@Julie - email me at pj_virtual@yahoo.com and let's see what we can figure out!

Hi Ashley,
Hope you are doing well.
I know it's been a while now since you posted this but I'd like to know if you've found any solutions yet?
Our team is having the same issue with the completion status staying on "in progress."

Did you test your course in SCORM Cloud as well?
