I am inserted/replacing revised swfs. They no longer play as designed. Timing is not correct and audio does not play. Anyone else having any issues with imported swf files? Thanks and any reply.
Did you notice the timing is off and the audio is muted when previewing the slide, or after publishing the content? If you've published the content, have you uploaded the published file to the intended environment? Also, keep in mind that Flash (SWF) files are not supported in HTML5.
Yes, the sound is muted and the swf does not play (timeline) as designed. I did insert as the swf as 'video' which played - but the sound still was muted. I am currently converted all the swfs as true video files from Animate CC and will have to work with that! Triggers will have to be created to establish the interactions coded in swfs. Very time consuming for slide that will need triggers and layers!
Thanks for that update, Diana. So have you had success with converting the SWFs into video files? Be sure to let us know if you have any further questions. Also, you're always welcome to reach out to our Support Engineers here if you'd like more one-on-one help with your file.
