I have a presentation with video followed by a "Try Me" segment.
The video is on a layer with a "Jump to next scene when the media completes" command. The player controls are available for pausing or jumping to various points in the video. It works fine if you don't pause the video.
But when you do pause the video, or jump through the video, when it reaches the end of the video the presentation will not automatically "jump to the next scene when the media completes". It just sits on the video slide.
Any way around this? Or a better way to do it? Thanks in advance for your assistance.
Are you referring to the player controls or the video controls from this tab:
You mentioned the trigger is to jump to the next scene, is that on the slide or the layer? Perhaps you could share a snippet of this course so that we could take a look at what you've got set up and offer some ideas around that specifically?

I had the trigger on the slide, when I switched it to the video it started working correctly. Thanks very much.
