Applying a template made in PowerPoint as a background for a quiz in Storyline 2

I've read a few discussions that have a flavor of my question, but nothing that hits home.

My company has several PowerPoint templates that correspond to the various divisions of the organization. Each template is identical except for the color. I have already created several question banks in Storyline 2. We do not have access to QuizMaker. 

Is there a way to take the PowerPoint template that I have saved as a Storyline template and apply it as a background so that the questions in my question bank are on the correct color scheme / background for a particular division?

Alternatively, is there a way to take my PowerPoint templates (before they become a Storyline template) to do the same? ...apply it as a background so that the questions in my question bank are on the correct color scheme / background for a particular division?
