If you really want to BUILD native apps, then you need to use the software development kits (SDK) for either iOS or Android. Building native apps is only a viable option for someone with programming experience in either C or Java. There are some alternatives that simplify the process somewhat, for example BuzzTouch. I assume you want to CONVERT your HTML5-published Storyline content into an iOS or Android app. In that case, check out PhoneGapBuild, a cloud-based service that lets you upload HTML5 content and wit a few additional bits and pieces (e.g. icon files, iOS provisioning profile and security certificate) in place you can create apps from your content and download them. In the blog post link Bruce had provided, I describe the general process for converting Storyline content into an Android app.
