I am presently trying to implement Arabic translations onto my menu and resources tabs on the Storyline player. On the Text Labels the translation is looking correct and I have even changed the Font to a Unicode as has previously been advised on these forums but the translation still shows differently on the actual player. This can be seen below as the translation in the player tabs is not the same as that on the right on the player.
Please can I have a solution to this as it is quite crucial to my project.
Did you add the text as Arabic and change the player settings from Left to Right to Right to left? You'll find the steps for this here, and it doesn't happen by default when using the Arabic language.
Yes I did indeed try this and it didn't work. Unfortunately it is the actual letters which are changing into some completely different to the ones shown in the text labels.
It's likely best for us to take a look at one of your files (even a sample) so we can ensure we're seeing the same thing- and since our team likely doesn't read Arabic highlighting the differences is always helpful. You can send along your files here to our support engineers.

Any suggestions?
