I have an acknowledgement course in Arabic (click here to read policy, advance to next screen, enter name/date/agree to terms, advance, end) that works in Storyline 1, but when upgraded and published in Storyline 2, has issues. The 2nd slide of the 'course' shows the first three lines, but none of the text-entry boxes or the accompanying text for those boxes.
Arabic is a supported language in Storyline 2, so there are a few things we can try first to rule out common issues. Please make sure you are working locally as described here, and you may want to try importing the file into a new file. If you are still having issues, you might want to try to repair Storyline.
Please also check out this link on repairing Storyline (as it is essentially just a reinstall, and your serial number should automatically re-enter for you).

Will I need the license key to do the repair? I have tried all other avenues.
