I'd like to have a single course available in multiple languages. I know how to get the content working correctly via variables and layers etc. But what I'd like to happen is have the player controls also switch to the correct language based on the user's choice at the beginning of the course.
Here's what I'm looking at: a single course on an LMS. The first slide says choose your language in 3-4 different languages with buttons to set a language variable. The user clicks her desired language and the course serves up the content in that language. So far, no problem. But I want the player controls, built in pop up messages, etc., to also appear in the selected language. Anyone have a good idea how to do this, or if it's even possible?
It's been two years since this post. What's the status from Articulate on this. I am reading entry after entry on this and just added yet another feature request myself.
It looks like I've responded to you on at least one thread about this. Currently you'd need to use one of the methods Brett mentioned on another thread or create separate courses using the translation feature.

As far as I know, this still isn't possible, but I've seen a few feature requests come in for it. I'd recommend adding your voice. Thanks!
