Are Screen Recordings files saved on your local computer and accessible for use outside Storyline?

If I wanted to take the Screen Recording I made with Storyline and bring it into another editing system (such as Adobe Premiere Pro) to add more post-production elements than would be possible in Storyline, is that Screen Recording file available somewhere locally on my computer so can grab it outside the context of the Storyline application itself?
