You can always open and edit Storyline 3 projects with Storyline 360. For Storyline 360 projects, it can be opened and edited with Storyline 3 except for the features that only exist in Storyline 360.
Will the 5 feature differences (other than integrations with the other 360-suite tools) be coming to Storyline 3? These being Convert Text to Speech, Text-to-Speech Closed Captions, Object Editing Enhancements, Fine-Tune Motion Paths, and Random Number Variables?
Hey there, Katherine! Great question. Those features are exclusive to Storyline 360 as part of the continuous feature sets that will roll out with the subscription. We don't have plans for the future to include those features in Storyline 3.
