Are there any templates for selecting multiple words from a paragraph?

I notice that storyline does not have any default template for this type of quiz question. My situation is as follows:

A paragraph is shown to the user with a bunch of grammar mistakes. The user is required to identify all of the mistakes in the paragraph (there can be a lot of mistakes) by clicking on the word. It is also important that I track when a user clicks on a word that is not invalid so I can do something after a certain number of wrong selections. Does anyone know where I can find a template for this type of question or how I would go about creating this myself? Thank you.
