I am relatively new to Articulate and I am trying to create a slide with characters inserted from the 360 Content Library. It seems to be cutting off part of the arms on the animated characters when they are inserted. This is not happening with the actual people characters. Is there something I am doing wrong, or do I need to change a setting?
I have attached an example slide to show the difference with the two types of characters when inserted the same way.

This did not work for me. When trying that option it kept the arms cut off and resized the image of the character.
This has been corrected. I did have to uninstall the program and reinstall it and it seems to be working fine at the moment.
