Articlate mobile player and resource library

I have been using the articulate mobile player app on my ipad (first generation) and over the past few months have downloaded approx 20 learning resources created in storyline. I have just been given an ipad3 and im about to transfer all data (photos, music etc) but wasn't sure whether my storyline resources will transfer across as they aren't part of the itunes library and not linked to a licence ??

has anyone transferred libraries between ipads?
