Articluate Mobile Player v3.25 issue - After download and installed its blank

Hi,

I have just downloaded and installed the Articulate Mobile Player v3.25. When I launch the course from our LMS, it is just showing blank (black screen).

Even if I open the Articulate mobile app i see just blank screen. Is there any issues on the app or any further updates will come sooner to fix this issue.

Unless you are using TinCan in your LMS, you may not be able to launch and track content via the Player App. See here for info.

In order to launch content in the Player App, you need to first enter the content's URL in your mobile browser. If the Player App publishing option was selected, the content  will then be redirected and launched in the Player App.

Hi Senthil,

I haven't run into any issues with the app recently. So you had courses in there previously and now they're all gone and you're also unable to open new courses within the mobile player? As Michael mentioned had you published for Tin Can? Did you remove the mobile player before going through the update process? Did you follow the steps here to update the player?

Hi,

The course is published for TinCan and it was working with app v3.20. I have just updated the app v3.25(this version is release Apr 9th yesterday)  in the morning and launched the course.  All I can see is blank black screen.

If you launch the app, you should be able to see the Library that contains the course I have accessed. I dont see that either since I have updated the app. I just see a blank black screen.
