I have just downloaded and installed the Articulate Mobile Player v3.25. When I launch the course from our LMS, it is just showing blank (black screen).
Even if I open the Articulate mobile app i see just blank screen. Is there any issues on the app or any further updates will come sooner to fix this issue.
Unless you are using TinCan in your LMS, you may not be able to launch and track content via the Player App. See here for info.
In order to launch content in the Player App, you need to first enter the content's URL in your mobile browser. If the Player App publishing option was selected, the content will then be redirected and launched in the Player App.
Thanks for your reply. We did enter the content URL. It was working on the previous version of the app. I just updated the app then its become blank upon launching from the LMS.
I haven't run into any issues with the app recently. So you had courses in there previously and now they're all gone and you're also unable to open new courses within the mobile player? As Michael mentioned had you published for Tin Can? Did you remove the mobile player before going through the update process? Did you follow the steps here to update the player?

I just updated my mobile player as well, and didn't run into any issue and all my previous courses were still there. It seems like something may have occurred as a part of your update so I'd like to have you work with our support engineers here.
