Articuate Storyline 2 Next button active state not functioning

Hi,

I have migrated storyline 1 file to Storyline 2.

The Next button is in active state but it is nonfunctional and I am unable to navigate to the next screen.

I can navigate to the next screen only when the timeline ends. Can we make the Next button functional at the start of timeline?

do you by any chance have 'restricted navigation'? If so here is a workaround by Bobbi Bailey
