I have a staff member who is trying to complete competencies at home using a MAC and is unable to enter text on the Articulate 2 Storyline course that is uploaded to our LMS.
Do you have any advise about how we can support staff using a MAC to complete competencies that have been created using Articulate.
Hi, Angela - I also work on a Mac, and did not encounter any issues entering my name into the text field provided, either. Please take a look at this document regarding System Requirements and ensure that viewers are using supported browsers. Hope this helps!
