Articulate 360 and Storyline 360

Hi! I need some help with a bunch of different stuff.

Does anyone have the problem that you can not sign in at times? 

Or that you get a notification that you cant open a certain project file because it is already in use by another user, even though you are the only user and you are the only one that has worked with the file.

Or that Storyline just crasches when you try to do something in a project?

I sometimes get the "your file is in use" message when I doubleclick a saved file to launch the program. In those cases, I find that launching the program and THEN browsing to the file to open usually works.

Also, I have less problems if I save my files locally rather than on a shared or continuously backup up location (e.g. network drive, onedrive, etc).
