Articulate 360 couldn't load issue

Hello,

I used to be able to work on Storyline 360 project, but suddenly I can't open Storyline 360 solution.  The error is "You must be signed in to Articulate 360 to use Articulate Storyline."  When I tried to login, there is an error, "There was an error opening Articulate 360 Desktop App", and I see pop-up window says "Couldn't load".  

Here is what I did so far which has not resolved the issue.  I uninstalled/reinstalled Articulate 360 Desktop App.  I rebooted my laptop.  I even uninstalled/installed Adobe Creative Cloud app.  

I appreciate if there is any solution to solve this issue.
