Articulate 360

Hi there,

I have created and published 5 courses in Articulate 360 and I am unable to view them on the LMS it just launches into a blank screen.

I have checked everything against the Articulate 2 I have previously used and they seem to be the same properties etc. Scorm 1.2

Would appreciate any assistance.

Hi there,

Thank you for your help. I ended up disabling compatibility mode which seemed to fix the issue - hopefully.

Thanks for keeping us in the loop, Linda!

We had an issue in Storyline 360 a while back where Flash output wouldn't play in IE with Compatibility View enabled, which seems to fit your experience. We launched a fix for this, and the latest version is 3.17.16188.0. Just wanted to make sure you continue to stay in the 360 know 😉
