I just downloaded the trial version of articulate 360. After I click the articulate- 360.exe file, there was an error message "Articulate 360 failed to install.error 80070017."
I saw you're already working with Richard and he requested a copy of your Articulate 360 logs. Once we have those we'll be able to figure out what's causing that error!
