Can anyone help a complete newbie. I have templates I'm trying to publish which have 'font awesome' used for some of the icons. I installed the fonts for desktop, but it still isn't picking them up.
Do I need to do anything in Articulate to get it to pick them up? I've tried rebooting.
Make sure that Storyline isn't open when you install the font then perform a reboot after installation. Once you've installed the font, you should see it accessible within Storyline. And to confirm that you'll be able to use the font in Storyline, check and see if you can access it in Microsoft Word. If it doesn't work in Word, it is expected to not work in Storyline neither.
To further isolate the problem, you may also want to check if any other standard or newly installed fonts will work.
