I set my file preferences to not automatically update since I work for a bank and we have an administrator update Articulate. However, when I restart my PC the Articulate 360 Installer Service.exe file showing up again in the Task Manager. I can't end the process since I'm not an administrator. I have to call my adminstrator to have him end it. Is there any solution? Will the latest update solve this?
Is the preference for automatic updates disabled within the Articulate 360 Desktop app or was this applied on your PC? Depending on the setup of your PC, there are other options to disable automatic updates at the admin level. You can find more details about this here:

I disabled automatic updates INSIDE of the app; however, when rebooting, the setting did not hold. Is this working as designed?
