Thanks for reaching out and sharing what you are running into with your project file.
I'd be happy to help you out here.
I am able to preview the file you shared above successfully. This leads me to believe that the file is probably okay, but I'd advise a repair of your Storyline 360 installation.
This is an issue we are currently tracking and I've added this conversation to the report. I understand that it's inconvenient, but the workaround is to dock and redock the trigger panel so that it can correctly display in the meantime.
Hi, Abhishek. Thanks for giving the repair steps a try!
We're not going to give up there. I'd like to get our Support team's opinion and have created a case on your behalf. Someone from the team will be in touch shortly with some other steps to try, and I'll follow along.
Remember the second issue you reported where text would overlap in the triggers panel? Well, that issue is now fixed in Update 3.30.19518.0 for Storyline 360!
