I have an Articulate 360 subscription and I don't think I've tried to open the Articulate 360 panel from my Windows 10 Start menu before now. When I click it, I get a blank white rectangle. I downloaded and installed the latest version, and the same thing happens. When I move my mouse over the rectangle, the pointer changes to a hand in a few spots, but I can't see anything. Any idea what my problem might be?
