Articulate 360 Quiz

Hi all,
I understand that when we are using Articulate 360, we are also able to make use of the "Graded question", "Survey Question", "Freeform Question" and results.
I've been using a LMS by the name of DayLight (D2L). I've discovered an interesting thing - that it (D2L) wasn't able to capture the results when I've completed the quizzes. Is there any way where I could capture the results for the quiz? I've also noticed that I could take the quiz umpteen times.
How do I ensure that the results from the quiz is captured? Need advice on this, thank you!
*PS:
Do note that I've checked on all the options as follow. However, the LMS is not capturing the results. Please help.

First, check to see that you have a "submit results" trigger on Slide 1.48 Results Slide. Do you see a "submit results" trigger there?
Also, if you want to limit the number of times a learner can retake the quiz, follow the steps in this tutorial!

I am ok to allow the learners to attempt the quiz for as many times as they want but how do I capture the results for it? I've tried ways and means, to the best of my knowledge but so far, I am not able to capture the results for the quiz done. Able to assist?
