Articulate 360 Sign In Error

Hi all!
I am experiencing the most bizarre and frustrating sign in roadblock. Articulate 360 is prompting me to sign in, but when I do it keeps bumping back to the sign in page. My email and password are correct, that's not the issue. I'm not getting any error message. It just keeps going back to the same sign in screen. HELP!
I have restarted, I have checked that articulate is not experiencing any outages, I have cleared my browser. Nothing has changed at all on my computer.

I'm sorry to hear this issue keeps coming up for you! To confirm, are you running into issues signing into 360.articulate.com? Or are you unable to sign in to the desktop app?
If you're still unable to sign-in afterward, connect with our support engineers, and we'll take a closer look at your setup to get you moving again!
I am having the same issue where I can't log into the desktop app.

I had IT uninstall and reinstall the software as no other solutions were resolving the issue. I’m up and running again. Thanks!
