Articulate 360 users: Update your allowed endpoints before installing the next update

We’re improving the Articulate 360 sign-in experience and have added a new network endpoint.

If your working environment doesn’t require clearlisting endpoints or you’ve already clearlisted *.articulate.com, there’s no action needed.

If your working environment does require clearlisting specific endpoints, you’ll need to add id.articulate.com to your clearlist before you install the next Articulate 360 update (planned for July 23, 2019) so there is no interruption to access for your users.

We regularly make improvements to our underlying software infrastructure. To avoid having to add individual endpoints in the future, we recommend clearlisting *.articulate.com. For more details, check out this article.
